    The spinning impeller typically affected the 2000-01 cars, but when a pump is identified as bad, new seals are installed as is a Billet wheel to eliminate the possible issues plastic might cause.

    They do until they don't. The Gen 3/4 shocks are not rebuild-able. The gen 1/2s are rebuild-able. When the G3/4s start leaking bad, toss them.
