Heard to stay away from optima and the Diehards wet cell are good but I found that in the last 5-7 years, batteries have gone to crap.
I would go with the cheapest that has a good warranty but would weigh cost/warranty ratio. Also depends on how much you drive it or let it on a tender.
Go to a body shop that is certified in lamborghini or a racing car shop. The lamborghini frames are tube frame talking about the Diablo and murcielago so current year.
Then is it your charging system. Check the alternator connections and the grounds to it and radio, amp, PCM and whatever other thing is on the same power and ground circuit of the amp and radio.
Your pump assembly is different as is the 96 gen2.

Just cycle the key and forget about the stupid time relay someone here is going to suggest until you can fix it properly.
I have a launch x431 but this drb came up but with nothing but the scanner and I saw on ebay various kits and cables.
Those cable assembles ain't cheap too.
If it is just a straight through cable with just different ends, I can make one for pennies. But if it has some intermediate chip then...
