Everyone has their tolerances/risks. Every car is different. Drove home my 12k mile GTS for 200 miles which had everything original (aside from engine oil probably and tires), without issue. Why? I don't see an issue unless there are known problems with the car. Tires good? Car has been maintained? Fluids good? Does it overheat? Does it drive straight? If all good, I don't see an issue.- TEALLIFE

if youre just looking for roadworthy checkout and general PPI, really any good shop can do that. Vipers aren't very complicated. If anything they are one of the more simple cars you can get. I'd look for a good independent porsche/lambo/ferrari type shop in the area if you can't find anyone...- TEALLIFE

Upsizing tires for Gen2 rims
JonB at viper rack can probably get you the tires you need. https://www.viperpartsrackamerica.com/index.php/products/Tires here's a calculator you can use to compare the actual difference in sizes. I would not suggest "thicker" tires. https://tiresize.com/comparison/- TEALLIFE

for what it's worth, I swapped my spare out for a full size stock front (as I have aftermarket wheels). As I didnt want to get stranded 3 hours from home ever again and not able to drive that far on a donut.- TEALLIFE
