KUDOS to Archer Racing. I just wanted to mention the outstanding customer service I get from Archer Racing. I own a GTS and an SRT-4 that I use on road courses and anytime I can't find a technical answer locally I call Archer Racing and get an answer. On numerous occasions I have spoken to...
I have Stop Techs on my 05 SRT-4 that I track and they are awesome, so once you feel good about them not leaking you will really be glad to put them on. I have thought about putting them on my 02 GTS, but I don't know if I will track it anymore. Good Luck!!
I bought a JVC 30 GB drive and it also has a 4 GB card as well. It shut off about every 45 seconds or so. I took my wifes camera which has a tape and it worked fine. I was hoping to be able to use something a little more modern with faster transfer speeds though.
I bought a video camera with a hard drive and apparently they have some sort of sensor that shuts the camera off after about 45 seconds of vibration while mounted in my car. It happened several times. Cameras with hard drives seem to be the latest and greatest, but they don't appear to work...
I was so excited to get a lift for my garage that I never noticed they don't make a bottle jack short enough to fit between the jack tray and the bottom of the car to jack it up. I am hoping someone else has already solved this problem and can give me a solution. Any help is greatly...
I spoke to someone that put a solid block of concrete under his columns and used epoxy to fasten them to the concrete floor. I will be leaving mine like it is I think. Thanks again for the feedback.
The installer came out today and with my car on the lift he adjusted the lock on the left rear column. Everything is working great now. It was a little scary at first when it happened to me. Someone recommended putting a solid block under each column to give a little more head clearance when...
I paid $3520 for the standard model, plus $550 to install. If you have the room for the XLT that is the one I would recommend. You can stand up straight under your car with the XLT from what I understand. The standard model gives you about 5'3" of headroom under the lift.
I wasn't holding the lock disengage handle in the vertical position. I pulled the car on it for the first time and raised it all the way up. From there I tried to lower it down on a lock to store it up there. That is how I understand I was suppose to do it when you raise the car. The problem...
I did raise it all the way up, but when I tried to lower it onto the lock position, the runway didn't come down at the left rear corner causing the car to start tilting with the lift. I am hoping it is something simple like yours. It seems like a great product. Did you fasten yours to the...
I received and had my Rotary lift installed today. So far, I have chosen not to bolt it down. I am not sure that was the best decision so I will probably end up bolting it down. I put my Viper on it for the first time tonight and a scary thing happened. I raised the car all the way up. The...
They make a garage door opener that mounts on the front wall and connects to the tortioner bar. Also, they can run the rail up high to the ceiling to reduce how far back into the garage the door and rails will go giving you more open space. I just ordered my revolution lift with extended ramps...
Thanks for the feedback. I won't have room for the XLT; do you think I will be happy with the regular lift? I know I need the extended ramps. Would you consider any of the other accessories mandatory?
That's not as bad as I thought it would be. I appreciate your feedback. How hefty a circuit did you have to run for it? I was on Long Island about three weeks ago for a week and didn't see a Viper the whole time I was there. A couple years ago when I was up there it seemed like I saw two or...
Anyone care to share how much they cost? Also, do they install it or is it a do-it-yourself project? I am thinking of building a seperate garage for my Viper and my SRT-4. Thanks for the info.
The tech pressure tested my radiator cap and it failed at 8 lbs. Fortunately he had one in stock. The heater core looked fine upon visual inspection, but the overflow?(behind the grommet in front of the right fron wheel)is empty and the resevoir in front of the heater core housing is full. He...
George- If it is the weekend of the 14th and my car is fixed, I would be interested in going. Rick Priest might also be iterested. I will let you know once they tell me how soon my car will be fixed. John-Yellow GTS
The hoses and clamps looked fine, but it could possibly be the valve on top of the heater core housing under the hood. It was night time so the inspection was done with a flash light. It was a shorter distance to drive it straight to the Dodge dealer and put it inside than to drive it home...
