I ran a lightly modded C6 about 2-3 months ago 3 times. All race outcomes were the same. I had a couple of car lengths by 120 or so. All runs were from a 40mph kick. My car has K&N filters, smooth tubes and corsa muffler. I have been 7.4's@97mph in the 1/8th on DR's so the car is a strong...
Mine arrived yesterday....what do you guys have them set at for the drag strip and street driving?? I got 550/650 spring rates.
I have heard 3 on the front, and 5 on the rears. Sound right??
I ordered a set of front and rears last week. I hope to get them here soon. Right now the car hooks like crap at the dragstrip and wheel hop sucks, so I'm hoping this will fix my problem some.
Just curious guys, but what is the fastest bolt-on Viper running? By bolt-ons I mean no internal mods (heads/cam) and no power adders. Essentially, (headers, cat-back, tubes, tires...etc..etc)
Has anyone got a 10.99 out of one of these cars???
Re: Current 18
I called MT and they expect to release a version of the ET drag radial (335/30-18) around Dec. So for now looks like its a toss up just between the BFG and Nitto. I think the new BFG will last longer then the old version.
Re: Current 18\" street legal drag radial choices are?
I'm waiting to hear a comparison as well. The nitto's are only offered in a 335/30-18. The BFG's are 345/30-18, so they are a little wider and a little taller.

Well guys time for an upgrade on the radiator. The stocker has a leak on the endtank. So with that being said, what unit is the best drop in unit for the price, or even a lighter unit would be nice as well. I don't want to hack up anything and don't want to have to switch fans...etc..etc. Just...
Turbos have been outlawed....plain and simple. Look for NMRA and probably Pro-Mod to outlaw them soon as well. Every class they enter they dominate.
As for F1, I think you guys are talking about the 80's. Thats when Keke rosberg, Gilles Villeneuve, Alain Prost, Senna...etc ruled the track...
Sorry it is pre-00. As for daily use, well I would not run the motor that high unless you run a steady diet of race fuel on a daily basis or you are using a meth. injection kit. On pump gas you would have to run less.

Tony with a stock motor (pre-01) and around 14-15psi on race fuel 900-950rwhp should be attainable with the stock motor and good tuning.
Maxed, the heat blankets will simply contain the heat in the turbine housing and be dissipated through the exhaust.
Carguy, that is a max of what the...
Ok, I'll see if I can answer all of the questions....
Tony, the system can make up to 1130hp crank. That is the rating of the TE44's. As for mods I guess your talking about what the kit comes with.

For those that have e-mailed us. Here are the latest Gen 2 pictures and final pictures of the Twin turbo system.
The system base output will be 1130hp. For anyone crazy enough the system will support twin PTE-76GTS's for 2300hp :thumb:

For anyone that maybe interested, www.proturbokits.com is looking for a Gen 2 Donor car for their new twin turbo Viper system. I just talked to them yesterday about it, ask for Dalton. Too bad I don't own a Viper "yet"...
Depends all on the salesman. I went to browse the showroom floor at Nissan/Infiniti a few weeks ago just browsing. I was looking at the G35 coupe. When the salesman walked up and told me that it would dust a new Vette, I knew I was in the wrong place....lol.
