Has anyone figured out the best set up for the new shocks and ABS of the 01? i.e. Shock settings, lowering etc.
Any info would be helpful,
thanks,
Steve

I should have my ACR in a little over a week!

Comes from factory on full soft.

has ACR addendum manual in seatback w/ some details.

Of course, drag racing is 180-degrees opposite of roadracing, and 90-degress off Oval-track, and seriously diff from Auto-X.

the Venue matters !

Enjoy you ACR (and use the DOT-belts atop the MOMOs for now !!)

JonB-

tried your suggestion in attempting to get the ACR Addendum packet via the phone number to the place that sells the DC manuals- they have no idea what I am talking about, and have sent the wrong thing several times....would PartsRack be able to get me one?

There's a guy who posts here from time to time by the name of Paul Mumford. You can find him in pretty much any thread pertaining to another fellow called Ken Adelberg. Anyway, he has an '01 ACR and seems to have a decent handle on how it works. In fact, he probably has it by the throat up at Buttonwillow as I type this. Anyway, it might be worth shooting him an e-mail to get his take on the whole ACR suspension thing if carving a corner or two is your plan.
