It is fun though and what better to do on a Sunday Night than argue about some senseless quarter mile times.LOLJeeze, you alone are helping build my post count like never befopre. Not sure if I should thank you and curse you.

Google Chuck Norris Racing as its documentated on there as well.

You and this da crap what i said was NO MATTER the weather or da MY CAR TRAPPED 130 mph YOURS DOESNT SO YOU blame IT ON THE DA.My car ran in the worst possible weather (near 100 degrees horrible humidity )IN A NE ZONE EVENT .There were near 90 Vipers there ,Jamie Furman ran 11.3 at 130 on stock tires in it thats a fact thats EASY to confirm.Numerious drivers have run 11.2 AT 130 PLUS in it in all possible weather ON STOCK TIRES .Vca Pres Joe Houss bought the car from me because he was impressed with how it ran and what it won .
But who would win in a fight Rambo or Rocky.Chuck Norris is one bad SOB, he is "documentated" all over google as well.![]()
I understand exactly what your saying but HUNDREDS of times my old car ran 130 plus your talking about a car that was used as a mag benchmark car over a 8 year periodSigh, I feel sorry for you:
DA Calculator - Density Altitude Calculator - DragTimes.com
Density Altitude Calculator - English
Go learn a little bit. For example, if a car traps 11.0@130 MPH and the DA is 5000FT...that EXACT SAME car will run a 10.3@138 if the DA was sea level or 0FT.
Go ask Jamie Furman about DA and show him this thread. But, just to warn you, he is going to say the same thing to you that we are in that DA GREAT EFFECTS track times/traps.
Just beacuse you guys were trapping good that day doesn't mean that you wouldn't trap ****ty somewhere else. DA is more than just weather dude.
Another example
The guy that posted up ran a 10.8@127 with a 2700 FT DA. If he runs at sea level (0 DA), he would have run a 10.4@131.
Lastly, in parts of Vegas, even when it's 60 degrees out and no humidity, the DA is still over 2000 FT...why do you think this is?![]()
Ps my point is if the car ran 200 times at LEAST 130 mph plus (March -Nov ) ,won its NA class every year of the Mopar Atl Nats (running against many other modded NA cars )what are the odds of getting a favorable DA for EVERY outing hundreds of times in a 8 year periodI understand exactly what your saying but HUNDREDS of times my old car ran 130 plus your talking about a car that was used as a mag benchmark car over a 8 year period

3. Alexarz, congrats on another ZO6 kill in your bone stock GTS that you think is faster than a bone stock SRT. I don't know what is up with the ZO6 drivers that you are running into but you raced on a highway from a roll right? A bone stock GTS traps around 118-120 ( on a REALLY good day). Now, if you have a catback and cat delete like you say, then you might be trapping 120-122 at the most. A stock C6ZO6 traps 125-130 depending on the driver. If you were on the highway from a roll, the ZO6 should stomp you every time. No offense to you, good kills and all, but there is something wrong there.
or this:Show up you come to me or be exposed
or this:Dont worry as i will be sure to call LPE this week and point them to this thread esp since you set this race up and all iam sure they knowb you there.
or this:I already ASKED LPE.The car in its configuration that ran the 9.48 was in NO WAY STREET LEGAL ( Fuel requirements aside it had no exhaust ,front sway bar, amenitys ECT ECT ECT )Iam asking you questions i have known the answers to.
or this:Hes right hear- ten years ago i ran 11.32 at 132 on Pilots on all motor =STOCK TIRES(A 132 MPH TRAP ON ALL MOTOR PUMP GAS ) .Don Nace running my same motor ran 10.5 at 132 ON YOUR SAME MTS so what do i have to say LOL.
Ps this is the exact reason DYNO numbers mean nothing as I never dynoed more than 570 ish to the tire yet the car ran AT 130 plus driven right from the street in any weather on pump gas, stock computer ,non stroker ,supposidly crappy headers ect
He obviously had a car that was anti physics. Maybe it was the flux capacitor. You and this da crap what i said was NO MATTER the weather or da MY CAR TRAPPED 130 mph ...
Don't bother saying "congrats" when you follow it with cynicism. You can live by your nerdy statistics but in the real world, people like myself are out there making our own stats (4-0 vs C6 Z06's). Peak power is not the final word on acceleration. What the GTS has over the SRT and Z06 is torque under the curve. Building up to peak power, a GTS stomps both of them and with my extensive exhaust modsD), it pulls better on top as well. I am willing to speculate that my GTS is a low 11 second 1/4 mile car at this point (don't forget those smooth tubes
) and I was a solid 2 car lengths ahead of the vette. If this fact disturbs you and causes you to twitch at night in sleeplessness, I hereby extend my deepest sympathies but the results stand and my fleet of Vipers has left more than 1, more than 2 but fewer than 4 Z06 owners weeping home with bitter disappointment. It's the sort of thing that heroes are made out of.
Alex...let me rip that GTS down the strip...I bet I can do it.![]()

And you DONT RACE at all you absolutely do nothing but hide like a little *itch behind yoor computer and of coarse quote useless theorys. When a record is published its funny how they NEVER MENTION DA .(You brought this up in a prior POST AND GOT *ITCH SLAPPED again i WILL TRY TO FIND THAT POST.Guys you cannot argue with an idget (did I spell that right 1Bad)?
You race on the coast. Guess what is common about those locations? Duh. Oops, misspelled that also it is DA. The DA is trying to compensate for atmospheric differences that affect the ability to make horsepower and drag resistance. Well a major component of that is pressure. The world is not flat (I hope you got beyond 1st grade and have come to realize that fact). Same argument we had a long time ago when you stated that cars at higher altitudes should be as fast or quick as the temperate coastal guys. It cannot happen.
And sorry but anyone who could type this without being high or drunk is an idget:

and then this:
He obviously had a car that was anti physics. Maybe it was the flux capacitor.
You have a slow car tooSteve-o....you ran and didn't call me....I'm going to tell your wife and she'll kick your ass... LOL!!!!
Great runs. Tune, tune, tune. 10.5 are in the car forsure.
I think people forget, your car is stock 488ci.... Your pulling the same mph I did with street tires and 510ci.
1DUMBGTS is retard.
And you DONT RACE at all you absolutely do nothing but hide like a little *itch behind yoor (your in this instance) computer and of coarse (the word is spelled COURSE - COARSE means rough) quote useless theorys (theories is spelled T-H-E-O-R-I-E-S). When a record is published its (this is a contraction for it is spelled it's) funny how they NEVER MENTION DA .(You brought this up in a prior POST AND GOT *ITCH SLAPPED again i WILL TRY TO FIND THAT POST.
Comparisons should BUT THEY DONT .You should race your car BUT YOU DONT.If you DO THEN list the events in which you have won .(PS RACING THEORYS BEHIND you computer screen dont count.)For some reason NO ONE is addressing a 11.3 run at 130 mph with a DA of 2000 feet .As to records and comparisons the difference is where you are all wet. Comparing runs should incorporate the DA as it is a REAL effect and not a theory. Records are indeed records with most set at low altitudes and desirable conditions. How many drag racing records are set in Denver. Is it slow drivers or slow conditions?
And as to your stated *itch slapping, that can only be done if you have the intelligence to make a proper argument. Something that you have proven many times over to be beyond your functional illiteracy.
Whatever he ran he holds EVERY STOCK TIRE AMERICAN PRODUCTION CAR RECORD out there and not one of them is prefaced with an asterick for DA .You run what you run a record is a record as your disputes on this matter should be taken up with the DRAG TIMES WEBSITE.Didn't Jamie run a 10.91 in his 08? Or did he go back out and do another record only the magazines know about?
*Not a knock on you Jamie, but on 1SADGTS's memory capabilities*
lOL in accordinance with ALL the theorys out there and none of the actual results since my car ran 11.2 at 132 on pump gas and stock tires with a stock compuer (loading up up a idle from the big cam )IF i had had the modern day advantage of being able to tune the car with a Rowe Vec Ect then i surely left 40 horsepower or so on the table so the car really SHOULD (NO MATTER IF IT DID OR NOT )HAVE RUN 135 on a good day.
Hey idget please post the official sanctioning body that retains these "records." Were they done under official conditions and recorded as such? If not they are UNOFFICIAL records. And web postings that were self officiated do not count (must be recorded during an official event (where track conditions are verifiable).Comparisons should BUT THEY DONT .You should race your car BUT YOU DONT.If you DO THEN list the events in which you have won .(PS RACING THEORYS BEHIND you computer screen dont count.)For some reason NO ONE is addressing a 11.3 run at 130 mph with a DA of 2000 feet .
boy, Did We Hijack Steve's Thread. Sorry My Brother.....................![]()
