Thanks to Steve Hess for helping me get my car started from theft mode. Replaced Throttle Position Sensor, Crankshaft Position Sensor and Idle Air Control Valve because the car was stalling at a stop due to low idle. Now it doesn't do that anymore, but now it frequently idles too high. Strangely, when you pull back on the accelerator peddle with your foot it goes back down to normal idle. Any ideas what the problem could be? Steve thought it might be a vacuum leak or maybe the cable to the throttle has some slack in it. Thanks

I believe you you adjust it by the bracket.

After you adjust it, make sure you get WOT when you push the pedal to the floor. If you dont, adjust the bracket again.
There is a procedure but I am not home in front of my service manuals.

Maybe Dean will chime in.

But remember the left and right throttle bodies do not mirror opening each other. One opens first (check threads, I can't remember which one).
