Do they have the bungs for an O2 sensor “test port” welded on the pipes? Thanks

Well shit, I ordered & have been waiting on my 2.5" mid-pipes+hi-flow cats & flex pipes for a month. Being stock diameter, I don't think this setup would work anyways without getting a 3" catback... but you tell me, could any of these part out onto my setup? I'm in Htown by the way.

No, I *think* when I used similar (if I remember correctly) I only ran bungs after these race pipes and with some high-flow cats, and then then O2 sims - the bungs were with the cats (but I guess you could decide where to have bungs welded in)? in the side sills ahead of Borla/Dodge side race mufflers... 'if' I remember correctly - but I am sure that my set up used only one set of bungs and O2 sims for the other. I think basically, the O2 bungs helped the engine run optimally, and the other O2 sims told the CPU "everything was fine."

If you place a small 3">2.5" reducer piece after these 3" pipes (going to your new high-flow cats, assuming they are separate cats), they should work instead of your 2.5" flex pipes.
