2009 ACR Option Clarification/Question

Can someone please explain these two descriptions or options on different ACR window stickers? My thoughts are that the ACR suspension has no options; the option is the ACR package only…Both list the ACR package, however they have Additional line items... Please advise

1st Window sticker reads, Competition Suspension. (No reference to, "Stiffened front stabilizer bar")

2nd Window sticker reads, Stiffened front stabilizer bar. (No reference to, "Competition Suspension")

Both ACR's, same stabilizer bar, it seems like they did a window sticker revision during the year, many of the items are different between the two, but are really the same (tire and wing descriptions for example).

09 is a adams family year- they did some strange crap due to mid year shut down for awhile- my o8 was perfect and my o9 i had to finish the car so to speak. take that quality control vid and throw it out the window-lol

do the post 2009 plant shutdown vehicles have or suffer from poor quality?
Were they trying to maximise “Production Outs” to fill orders and turning a blind eye in Q.C.?
