I can not say enough good things about Chuck Tator, his business and Rob (his mechanic).
I brought my car in yesterday for the installation of the DC computer, thermostat, and Corsa exhaust adjustment. I made the appointment a few weeks back but somehow I mixed up the days and showed up yesterday instead of the scheduled appointment next Friday. When i pulled up I could tell Chuck was very surprised to see me and when he informed me that i came the wrong Friday, I was bummed. I just drove two hours from Brooklyn for nothing. Chuck said he will try to fit me but couldn't promise me he could complete all the work since he had a full schedule. Well to make a long story short, he was able to get my car in and wound up working on it all afternoon until it was done! He saved me another trip back and having to take another day off.
Chuck and his group are top notch. the Viper community is extremely lucky to have a company that cares about the customer rather than just the bottom line.
I also must thank Rob, Chuck's mechanic, who did the work for me. He does an amazing job and actually let me stand around and watch it all happen. He puts a ton of energy into his work to make sure it is right and takes extremely good care of the care while working on it.
THANKS AGAIN CHUCK - ROB!
On another note, i will post my comments about the DC program and thermostat when i get some more seat time tomorrow. As for my initial impression, it is worth the money. Drving home I did notice more mid range snap even at half throttle. The car ran great and much cooler even in bumper to bumper traffic. The temp and oil gauge didnt move off of 180 the entire time.
