Unfortunately, I noticed tonight that my digital camera has some dust or something inside the lense housing. That would explain why just about every shot I took today was blurry. DANG IT! Hope you enjoy these anyway...

(I will throw the more SRT-focused pictures to that forum)

Nice pics!

With the checkerboard pattern so large it makes the yellow GTS in the first pic look like a toy!

Those are awesome photos!
The hardest thing about trying to photograph cars is finding the right setting/ background. You scored big time.

Not one Gen1 represented.... Not like I didn't try.

I did not see an RT/10, Gen I or II. Too hot down there for the roadster!

All: Thanks for the comments, and yep, the first picture and a couple others struck me as being "toy car" pictures too! Indeed, I was passing my camera around with the "preview" on the LCD and we are all shocked at how much it looked like a toy car on a tabletop - especially the yellow/black GTS.

GHC & Hoosier: The solid red GTS gets Zaino treatments every week from what I am told, as in a fresh coat and not just the Z6 spray. Not to worry, he also ran it in Viper Days this summer. And as to the rain, that SRT-10 on the right is the same one that was in the monsoon for the gentleman's 80th birthday party last week. You can actually wash these cars! ;)

OutThere - Unfortunately, we were limited to only four cars for this event, as were all of the other car clubs. The yellow/black GTS actually belongs to the official event photographer, so we ended up with five. The four regional officers were invited, which includes two Gen I RT/10's. Neither could make it, so we invited the immediate past president (red/silver GTS), and another founding member that attends just about every meeting and event (the other black SRT). We would love to have you join the VCA!

Viper_SRT - The weather could not have been more perfect: About 82º when we arrived and about 65º when we left. I wish they were all like that!

Thanks again for the comments. Hopefully Tim (our pro photographer) will throw some of his awesome pics on here as well. I missed the red/silver GTS as we were moving our cars out of the way for the other clubs to get in. Of course having been the first to arrive, we were the only club to get "group" photos. Too cool!

Here's how we get them so shinny. We send Chris out there with the polish and a towel. Sorry about making your shirt yellow with black racing stripes Chris. I couldn't resist.

Okay they're not toys, here's some people in the pictures. Jerry is driving the red one.
