3K is probably the very maximum for a used set - 4000 miles on the rubber means that there is at most 60% rubber left, considerably less if the car's been flogged at all. At this price I'd be right on the edge - it's nice to have the ACR BBS look, but for the same money I can get new Speedstar or Purner wheels with new tires.

 

[Alternative]

For a clean set wheels with tires, $3K is very fair.

The 19" Purners are a lot more, and the Speedstar is not very appealing to many (great wheels for track duty). Clean OEM 5 spokes are selling for about $2800.
