Adjusting am Auto Form hard top?

I have an Auto Form hard top for my 94. When looking at it from the rear it deffinately sits a bit crooked-there is more over hang to the right. Is there any way to adjust the fit of these tops? This is my first time putting it on the car so I don't want to mess any thing up. Any tips would be appreciated!!!

The front pins will pretty much line it. Even the rear latches are adjustable only up-down.

Sounds like yours is off to the right, entire roof???
Can you post a picture, that would help a lot?
