adjusting factory GTS shocks???

i hear you can adjust the rebound on the factory GTS shocks. Anyone have advice on the adjusting? I have lowering caps and Eibach springs.

Yes you can ... To start with you can adjust them so they are equal which is not the case from the factory
I actually compressed them and timed the return / rebound till they were equal... Big difference in handling

I'm assuming they have to be off the car for adjustment?

They have to be off the car and fully disassembled.
