I sure hope the picture above posted correctly - anyway, I have been waiting patiently to be a Viper owner for about 1 year now - I have owned about 6 corvettes in the past and was really getting tired of that car - Porsches, and other variants simply dont work for me - well, on vacation last week I called Woodhouse and next thing you know a Yellow 2005 SRT 10 shows up in my driveway!! Thanks to both Bill Pemberton and Bill Kline (who delivered the car today) - what a simply awesome experience! The car is absolutely fantastic! The fit and finish blow the corvette away, the handling/grip is tremendous and the clutch and gear box so smooth - so much easier to operate then the 2005 Vette I traded. I simply love the car!! Today while driving her I counted 11 Corvettes - guess what, no Vipers but mine in the area! And the attention (which can become a bit annoying) was kind of fun today since it was my first day with the car - I put on 100 miles!!! I am very careful with the accelerator as I am very aware of "snake bite" but quite frankly this car has such tremendous grip its tough to understand how drivers get the ass to fishtail out? Anyway, I am thrilled to be a Viper owner now - I also look forward to active participation on this website - thanks to Woodhouse again, and its great to be Snake handler now!!

Chuck, thanks for fielding my phone calls a few weeks back regarding the RT 10 and the SRT 10 - I next time I am up to Connecticut I want to drop the car off for the stuff we chatted about exhaust, etc. Thanks!!

Don't get to sure about all that traction. Just when you think you got it all figured out, the fangs show their stuff.

Nibble around the edges...gingerly.

Congratulations!!! You make a compelling case why Vipers are more exciting than Corvettes. Even though I have posted criticism of DC on letting the new Z06 get too close, a V10 will always be what I prefer. Good luck.

Welcome.

This car still hasn't become boring, and I've got over 20,000 miles on it!

Be careful out there.
