Just a little car humor.

PS On the way out of the store, the owner of the DeLorean said (about the Gen 5), "such a beautiful car, but why did they have to mess it up by painting it?"

LOL! Because stainless is beautiful and a bunch of plastic looks like crap without some nice paint.

Exactly, though that rectangular shape of the DeLorean doesn't look very good (to me) in stainless or painted. :)

Funny I thought it looked pretty good back in the day. But it doesn't seem to have aged as well as some of its contemporaries.

Funny how a countach in the same year stilllooks amazing today

some cars are way aheadof their time & transcend time. others like these look really dated & perform as such

Still think back to the future was an epic flick though;)

nice...does the Miami Vice theme song echo out when the door opens? ;)

I recently checked out the new SLS and boy was I impressed. the gullwing doors open up vertically before swinging out which I didn't realize or expect. the cockpit was fantastic; exhaust note incredible and it was clear that pics do it zero justice. some concepts/designs are so ahead of their time that they remain relevant over 1/4 century later.
