alarm reset

Replaced battery in 1994 viper. problem is I have no transmitter to reset the alarm. I never received one with the car when I purchased the auto. car will not run any ideas? thank you

What happens when you try to get in the car and start it?

The car will start but shuts down, Right now the lights are flashing, I ve read that they will stay on for 3 mins but the car should not start, I may need someone to hookup in the computer and reset the alarms not sure thats why Im asking this question
