Alternative way to relieve fuel pressure?

I'm starting my heads/cam/intake/header build. After starting my disassembly (battery, air box, spark plug wires, etc.) I realized I hadn't relieved the fuel pressure by running the engine without fuel pump relay. I really don't want to reassemble to do this. Is there another way to relieve the pressure? Is it possible to disconnect a pressurized fuel line or is that too dangerous to consider?

Thanks!

The Shrader valve on the passenger side bank of the intake manifold toward the inside rear is the fuel system bleeder.

Thanks PHX! I always wondered what that was. Works just like a valve stem in a tire!
