Am I a VCA member?

I got the Viper quarterly in the mail with a number (13811) above my name on the envelope is that my VCA number? When I bought my Viper I'm pretty sure Bill P said "it may be a while but he would get me one." Does anything else come in the mail if I am a member?

You will get a letter and a badge from VCA HDQ....takes a while...sometimes a couple of months.
