antifreeze change?

When should I change my antifreeze? I dont think its ever been changed and since I dont use the car much I think it a good time.What kind of antifreeze do you guys use for a replacement? and should I just drain it out or find someone with a machine to do it? any air-purge problems with the v10? I know chrysler sebring are very hard to purge the system without a machine.

I used the machine as the V10 does have "trapped air" problems...loaded under vacuum...IMHO, 70/30 water/ethylene glycol and a bottle of Redline Water Wetter...3.2 gallons in all...my snake runs cool as a cucumber...no corrosion or head gasket problems at all...

There are very "diverse" opinions on the subject...as you will see...Tough subject...
