Don't know the car but the Viper Registry doesn't show that a Cognac option car was built.

Maurice's Viper Buyer's Guide doesn't mention this car either....

That's what I thought. Also, did all ACR's have BBS wheels?

Yes, the rims are wrong for the ACR - should be BBS. No engine pics so can't tell about the stock ACR smooth tubes. Another way to verify is 2000 ACRs came with Dynamic Suspension adjustable monotube shocks instead of the Konis. And I thought all ACRs came with foglight delete, but not 100% sure on that. Smells like a rebadge...

ACR's did have the for light delete. However it is not uncommon to see the fog lights put back in.
