Anyone have a TM with RT body fastener part numbers and/or sizing?

I want to replace some of the fasteners on my RT and I'm having a hell of a time getting the part number and sizing. I'm looking for part numbers for;

1. Door sills Fasteners
2. Door pillar trim
3. Rear bumper fasteners (the ones along the bottom edge )

While I'm at it, can someone explain the process for removing the door panels and what tools are needed? The car is a '94 RT/10.

Perhaps this will help. It doesn't always have the part numbers for fastners but it should have the size so that you can purchase them at a hardware store
