Anyone know about the Dunlop SP-8000\'s??

I am putting new tires on my 97 GTS, it is bone stock and will remain that way.
I will not put it on the track either.......so for me are the Dunlop SP-8000's
any good?? or bad??

Had some on a mustang and hated them. extremely jerky ride. Quite sensitive to uneven pavement and especially dips in the road. Made handling the car a challenge.

I had them on my lt1 vete, they were very good overall for the money & had an unbelievable warrenty, I got 4 complete sets under the tread wear warrenty, i think the total cost above the initial purchase was 600$$! I tracked that car quite a bit. The rears would last 6 to 7 K & I would drive into the tire store & get new ones! A steal!. Coupled with the performance friction Z rated pads ith lifetime warrenty from autozone it was a cheep way to drivers ed. Were there better tires sure, but not cheeper!
