Thanks Ron ... I should of been more clear with my question. What I am curious about is does the red curve look normal? Are the ratios of 15.5" to 11.5" normal at those rpms? Too rich? Too lean?
Guess i misread your question. The a/f looks high to me. Could it be the response time for the a/f meter? The readings look a little off as I would assume it starts off near stoich. If he was going at 2000 rpm or so part throttle for a time then it should have been running near stoich. Then it looks like it is slowly headed down to the low 11's. Which is about right so long as the meter is slow reacting and not the engine control. Where was the O2 being measured? tailpipe or exhaust manifold? The further back the more delay in the reading.
Also does it have cats on the exhaust ? That will change the a/f reading from what I hear. I would recommend that anyone doing a/f tuning spend the $50 bucks and get a sensor **** installed in the correct spot.
