Anyone tried the \"US Speed\" Floor mats?

Has anyone tried the US Speed floor mats? Do they roll up? Quality? Opinions?

Thanks, Rich

I bought a set with the yellow edge trim. They look good, and definitely are a decent value for the cost. Not as thick as the ones I had from Maurice, and certainly not in the same class as the Snake Oyl tapestry mats. But considering the price, I'd call them a decent value.

I'm tired of buying mats that roll-up! I want thick!

I have them and think they are nice. A friend did manage to get one to slide up into the footwell area over the weekend on the passenger side (why is it that any passenger manages to scuff or otherwise "injure" your car?) but other than that no curling and they stay put. Only complaint is that logo is a bit far forward so it gets dirty from your shoes.

Re: Anyone tried the

I guess the bottom line question is...Do they (us speed mats) roll up in the driver's foot well under the pedals?

Re: Anyone tried the

My NorCal mats rolled up under the pedals. I haven't driven the car enough with the US Speed ones, so I can't tell if they'll roll up. The lack of a rear hatch release notch in the mats did not seem to be a problem on my car.

Easy fix for roll-up problem under pedal:

Buy grommet kit at Home Depot for $15. Punch hole in middle rear of mat, and use a zip tie to make a loop. Hook loop over seat adjustment lever, and voila... no slip mat!

The grommet kit comes with enough hardware for around 50 holes. Rich - If you want, PM me your address and I'll mail and let you borrow my kit. You can mail it back to me when you're done!

They look better than factory but if they are bigger do they fit as well or same?

Linh,

I'll give your idea a try! I have to go to Home Depot today to buy a new "doggie door" and I'll just pick up a gromet kit. Thanks for the offer to let me borrow yours. I appreciate the help...
