I did the same thing. I tried to have mine changed a number of times and no one is responding. I know Jay was not the one doing the avatars but Jay, what are we supposed to do???

i have asked lee if i could help out with the avatars and it sounds like he might be letting me do that very soon.

i promise that i will keep you all posted as soon as i hear anything.

from what lee has told me, it is a fairly lengthy little process and does take some time to do.
