was expecting to see plenty of sub 30 year old owners, but didnt really notice that many. Our region ranged from the youngest baby faced *** upto Steve who I guess is in the mid 60's, so is the viper in generally owned by 'old farts' ?

On a serious note, I think that the young owners are more in tune with the web sites and therefore more vocal here but older owners probable prevail in numbers, as was evident at VOI.

I have to add that the event wasn't so pricy however the service and food provided was very average. You eat better in Cuba than at Billy's ...
We took 2 weeks off with my wife and had a lot of fun around Texas. We have visited Kentucky, Tennessee, New Orleans ... We skipped Texas and I think we will never go back there ...

Avergae age seemed to be in the forties. I agree with the food at Billy-Bob's. Food at Voi was average and the last night got better. I think for people coming from 2k miles the cost is like this.

Seemed to be a bit older crowd this year than past VOI's I've attended. I'm 34 and didn't see a lot of people my age (or younger) there. However, I don't care if I talk to a 20 or 70 year old owner, as long as they're fun to be around! I'd guess the avg age at 45 at VOI8

AJT --- I sat with a father and his 2 sons from Texas! Along with 2 guys i met from AZ!! It might have been you! Barry was the one who actually won the centerpiece because he drove in! I flew in to pick up my VCA Special edition! He offered it to me because i had the yellow VCA car! I told him you keep the Viper and i'll take the center piece part. I have a yellow one just like it home and i'll use that one!!

38 yrs old for me, and 39 yrs old for the wife. There were 4 or 6 in our group of owners that are sub 40.
These young bucks getting a Viper at 23 and younger is pretty cool. I don't even think there was a Viper when I was 23.
It took me until I was 35 to get my first one. But, I've now had 3, and currently own 2. So I guess I kinda made up for lost time.
I thought that I saw quite a few 35 yr old to 40 yr old owners there.
But age is just a state of mind!
