If you have never gone to this event I can't tell you what your missing. It is incredible!!! The main tent is huge and there are 6 tents outside with row after row of cars. The best thing there though are the bartenders, I think they are all off season NFL cheerleaders....very nice. I'll take some pics on Friday for all you animals. :2tu:

Would you mind putting in a bid of 500K for me on that red SRT/10? I understand that Craig Jackson owned it and may have actually farted in the drivers seat. A real collectable...

Craig's Viper is silver (judging by the pics on their web site), not the red pictured above.

Well, Craig's Viper went through. $63,000 for a '03 with under 5K miles. Not Bad. Did anyone catch the guy that bought the blue 1957 Suburban. I swear it was NHRA/IHRA top fuel driver Bruce Litton.

Plus 8% commission $5040.00= $68040.00.
I'll pass on that deal.

Not bad at all when you consider that Panoz that went through shortly after for about 73K. Percentage wise the Viper held a fair bit more of it's retail value than the Panoz.

Now I understand why the FirePower was not at the Detroit Auto Show! I went there specifically to see this car.....Oh well, probably for the best!
