Best place to get smooth tubes?

New guy here just wanting to know where the best place to purchase smooth tubes and filters from. Also what type of performance do they give you compared to k&n cold air intake or the vipair intake. I just don't see how they're any different or better than factory with filters and tubes. Thanks.
