You dont have to remove the dash to get to the radio. You just have to pop out the plastic piece around the radio and down to around the shifter. Just lift up carefully from the bottom around the shifter and pop the clips then work your way up. Unplug the lighter connection and, if you have them, the power window connections. Set that piece aside. Now there should be 2 bolts holding in the radio. Remove them and it should just slide right out. Make your connection and now you have to snake the wire to the trunk. Sorry, but im not sure of the best way to do that with an rt/10 as I have a gts. There are a couple guys on here with rt/10's that have done installs and they should be able to help with that.
