Most dealerships can do "cat-back" exhaust modifications, however many Dodge dealers may only wish to work with "Dodge" parts. Only a few Viper savy dealerships will take the extra time to do performance modifications outside the Mopar Catalog.
Cat removals are a big no-no due to emission controls which the dealerships are pledged to not defeat.
You should find a viper friendly dealership who has an experienced and dedicated ViperTech.
There are also "tuners" who advertise on this board who specialize in making such modifications. They do not have the constraints on them as dealerships do, however even then you may end up with a car "modified for racing use only, no longer street legal"
Best of luck.
