Can Snake Oyl rear pipes be adjusted side to side?

I recently had the Snake Oyl rear sub assembly pipes moved from my 96 GTS to my 02 RT, and for some reason, they aren't straight coming out the back. They are shifted to the left of the little cut-out in the lower rear bumper. Can they be shifted an inch or so to the right so that they stick straight out? Is this something I (a person with NO skill) could do with just a wrench? Thanks, Eric

I'm thinking the right side is not far enough down onto the existing exhaust pipe right were your connect this sub assembly to. Push or bang the snake oil further down and I would think this would straighten out the rear tips some. Or on the left side pull the snake oil connection out some.
