Funny you ask for this color combo. I did this one MONTHS ago and came across it the other day. I think this color, along with these wheels looks pretty damn good. Hope this helps.

So when I talked to CCW owner, he tells me that the srt-10s run a 27 inch tire, and that putting 18s on with 335's or 345s still wont get you at 27 inch tire.

So your speedo is going to be off and you are effectively running "gears" by having a smaller tire. (I'm sure its minimal, but still if you have traction problems now, you will make it worse) also John says that their really arent that great of a tire set for the 18s or 19s only ps1 , which he feels are not as good as ps2's which you CAN get in 19 and 20's.

Anyone have thoughts on this? I soo saw gonna buy a set of SSRs for beaters, but if its not goign to work right, why bother?

any paxton users out their with this setup?

There is no point in going to 18's unless you are going to run drag radials or sport cups. Why go down in size to run a stock type tire? And realistically, you can almost get a set of 18/19 HRE's or Iforged, Forgeline for a little more than a set of SSR's with the drag radials on the back. I believe you are looking around $3500 for a set without tires, whereas my SSR's with the drag raidals were $2800ish.

I think the SSR's, besides being functional are one of the best looking wheels for the SRT (even for the GEN I/II's).
