car in lockdown mode

I am putting the finishing touches on a rebuild 01 GTS. The car was accidently locked. I do not have a keyless fob for entry so I opened rear hatch and unlocked manual door lock and set alarm off. After horn and light alarm cycle I tried to start car and will not start. Will disconnecting battery or grounding pos to the frame clear this up? Help please....Thanks in advance
