I have a 97 GTS and took it for a ride this afternoon. I parked it back in the garage, not sure if I locked it or not. I went in the house and when I came back the 4 ways were flashing. I turned them off but couldn't arm or start the car. I beleive it has something to do with the alarm system but not sure what to do. Has anybody had this issue and if so what do I need to do.

Thanks,

Mike

I got it fixed. I stood in front of the car and pushed both buttons on the FOB until the horn honked. I got in and started the car right up! Don't know what caused it and hope it dosen't happen again!

Glad to hear you got it.

For the record, there is no alarm reset switch on a 1997 Viper. That came later.
