Was told that I could get all info as to where my Viper came from and who has owned it.

Can anyone run a Carfax for me?

A Carfax report won't tell you who the previous owner was. It will tell you where the car was registered. You can go to Carfax.com and sign up for a 30 day subscription. You be able to get unlimited reports and the cost is only $24.95.
