Would like any ideas on installing an oil "catch can" on an SRT-10. What type, where, etc. The Paxton install locates the crankcase vent tube from the driver's side valve cover very near to the intake of the supercharger in the air box. Under hard running, the rush of air into the supercharger tends to bring oil into the air box. I'm thinking of an in line fuel filter with a cannister. A clear or slightly translucent strip would be nice to check the oil level.
Just ran the Silver State Classic 90 mile race and took 3 trips down the 1/2 mile drag. Ended up with about 1/2 pint of oil in my makeshift catch can. There's got to be a better way.
