cd changer needed, original or not

I've had to cd players for my 04 go bad and want to just get another without going though the warranty process. Does anyone who has changed there stereo out still have it or are there recomendations for an aftermarket 6 disc system that fits?

Also, is a radio swap a simple enough project?

Are you talking about the rbq 6 disc cd changer going bad (the one that comes from factory) or are you talking about a 6 disc mopar cd changer you added on?

my went bad on my 03 call the dealer and had them order me another one,call me when it came in ,took the car to them and it was in a matter of less than 30 minute.That was from a dealer that is a small time viper dealer.
