I got this idea from corvette forum, take a blue shop towel that we all have I am sure. Place plastic food wrap around your car to protect the paint, then place the blue towel over the model and spray it with spray starch , wet it real good and then shape it to the form of the model. Hint fold the edges under the car and let it dry,when it is done it will look like a real cover and you can make it cheap vs paying 6.00 for a fabric car cover that is advertised on E-BAY, just thought you guys might like the idea, it really works well!!!!!!!
