Chicagoland tuners?

Any Viper tuners in the chicagoland area? Looking for a tuner in the chicagoland area that would be able to tune my basically stock car with the VEC 3...

Green Filters
Mopar exhaust
Vec 3

Why the VEC3? You could just get a DC performance PCM and swap it out yourself. Only other thing you would need would be a 170 degree thermostat.

Previous owner installed the VEC 3 but never got a chance to get the car on the dyno...
