I know this may sound like a broken record, but Chuck is the man! The local viper dealer in my area could not help me, Jon from Parts Rack was not sure as to what the problem was...but 1 call to Chuck and it was taken care of. Chuck took the time to explain what the problem was, and how to avoid it in the future. Thanks Chuck!!!
