Clicking Noise under load

I am having a Clicking noise problem but only when the car is under load. It does it in every gear (except first for some reason). We saw the transmission mount was broke and replaced it. It is still making the noise. We then checked the motor mounts and saw one was cracked (going to get it replaced) but not bad enough to make the noise (or so we think). Any thoughts?

No, just seems to get louder although I can't here it over the exhaust at Higher RPMs.

Check exhaust manifold for cracks and the exhaust system for leaks. The air escaping can sometimes sound like clicking.
