Color change on my engine

Wait. So you had it coated blue then started over and did it in black? Sounds like something I would do.

No. The blue color was starting to become "dulled" by the heat from the motor. This is over 6+ years mind you,so I decided on the black and it does look awesome!!! Anybody out there wanting to do this it will cost you around 400-500 to do it the right way. Meaning having everything removed and sand-blasted then powder-coated with a rating of 350 degrees.

yeah my buddy said the same thing...about 500-600 to have it done right. and he can do just about anything too. all kinds of funky colors. check out my gallery for my nitrous bottles too if ya wanna see some nice powdercoating.

everytime he takes a part from me to PC, he threatens a crazy color on it...lol
