Contacting Custom Calendars???

Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with Custom Calendars to pay for their calendar order? I have tried calling them (206-780-0274) but haven't actually been able to speak with anyone yet. I left a message once but received no return call. Are they off this week for the holidays?

Called them last week, no problem, left message, got a call right back, order placed should get it late next week.
