Corsa exhaust vs DC controller

Looking to spend 1,000 to 2,000 for minor upgrade on my 05 srt. A new reflashed controller runs about 1,000, and I found a corsa for around 1,300 plus labor. If you had to select either the corsa or reflash, what's the best value?

That depends on what you are looking for. If you are happy with the sound of the exhaust then I would go with the reflash and the 170 degree thermostat. If you have the money then an exhaust system with hi flow cats along with an air intake will really wake up the viper with the reflash. Just remember that the reflash is the last mod you want to do as it is custom tuned to your engine modifications.

Do the exhaust first. It makes the car sound like it should. The reflash was last on list of my mods.

Do the Corsa first. Then when your ready buy the VEC 3 system from Roe Racing. That way your not having to reflash every time you make a change. Be sure to have a Dyno around so you can have the car tuned to get the most out of the Vec 3. I have made some nice numbers with just the CORSA (no high flows) and the Vec 3 (475RWHP 502RWTQ). The car sounds great and it realy got a shot of adrenaline when the Vec 3 went in. Sean from Roe will send you an initial program for the Vec system (on a credit card size memory chip)that actually did very well on the Dyno. I'm not against the DC Flash at all, I just know that I will be making more modifications in the future. Theres my .02 worth

Ohh yea. I had "AB" put my Corsa in and I did the Vec 3 myself.
