Corsa Track Exhuast

I have a question regarding the Corsa track and the RT Cats....... I installed both the 3" RT Cats and the #" Corsa track on my 04 Viper. I did disconnect the battery during the installation process so here is my question. When I finished the install do I need to do something to the PCM or what?? Seems slower, less responsive even with 3:73 gears Do I need to do something more to make this as responsive as before I put this system on? Did disconnecting the battery have something to do with it? I followed the manual and it said to disconnect the battery before working on the car.

The PCM does take time to adjust to new airflow or changes in engine breathing...

Didnt disconnect battery on mine or my friedns. Felt great right from the moment it started up with the new exhaust. But since you disconected battery Id give it a few miles to learn and adjust.

You are quite welcome and I am glad I was able to help you. I will tell you that using a reducer is not the way to go as it will cause a heat build up in your exhaust and will also mess up the exhaust flow. You really need to go with a complete 2-1/2" system to accomplish what you are looking for. I have no idea what the Corsa with the reducer will sound like but I will bet it is not good. The proper way to cure your problem is to go with our 2-1/2" system that utilizes the factory crossover as this will give you the sound you want and will also cut down the side sill heat.

Robbie- I thought most owners were eliminating the factory crossover when installing Corsas? What would be the difference if you left it in vs. remove it?
