Did you get my order? I filled out my form, and Mister Pemberton sent it in just like you instructed. But neither of us have heard back that you have received it.

What is my order confirmation number?

When will I get that nice letter confirming my order?

When will the literature start showing up in my mailbox, making me anticipate delivery all the more?

When can I get a delivery date?

I called the Viper hot line (number was in the various literature) to confirm receipt of the dealer fax. Not that I did not trust the dealer. Yeh right and pigs fly
