its hard to believe i wash this viper as much as i do....the underside was so dang dirty it made me sick. so it took me 4 hours, countless blue shop towels, tons of rags, two bottles of spray nine, one can of wd40 and a few busted knuckles to get it to look like THIS. the camera stinks but you will get the idea. i hate this new camera and im about to toss it away or the wife for buying it...lol

You'll get the idea. NOW it looks pretty good. its also hard to believe i did the underside of this viper just last december.

NOW i need to get the interior back up to the way i like it.

NOT too bad though for a 41K mile car huh ? ? ?

I see why they call you plumcrazy.

I've tried to clean mine like that but I always run out of steam half way through the first wheel well.
What solvents did you use and did you worry about removing grease from fitting that need it?

How about all of those little pebbles and road dust in the A-arm crevices! I remember cleaning mine, that was a PITA!
Looks good!
We must have that same clean chromosome!

Im scared to look under mine... all of them scrapes since my gts is dropped! I asked my vipertech once how bad it looked down there after he had it on the lift, and he just made a painful wincing face.

Since he let me drive it out, I figured there was nothing mechanically wrong, but it must be an ugly sight to behold.

This make me feel guilty about how mine looks on the underside. If I sit down and relax, the urge to do what you just did will go away and I will still have the skin on my knuckles. :)

Incredible! How long does it take you to brush and floss your teeth every day?
I never thought I'd see a case of OCVCS ( Obsessive Compulsive Viper Cleanlinss Syndrome).
I hereby nominate you for the VCA Cleanest Viper Undercarriage of the Year Award.

[email protected] could be certified for OCVCS

wd40 as a light solvent and final wipe down on most parts to keep them clean. i've done it on my 98 ram truck since it was new and the undercarraige looks dang good ever since. spray nine is like that 409 cleaner. not too harsh but just dont let it dry on a painted surface and its all good.

GTS930, I wanna see that 930 one day.
