Difference in HID Lighting #\'s???

Can you guys tell me what the difference in the kits are??? Like for example, The difference between 6000k , 8000k , 10000k , and 12000k. Want to order a set, but not sure which ones I want. I'm thinking maybe a slight blue tint to them but not over powering. Thanks for the help

Well the higher K you get the more bluish you get and after you get over 10000K it becomes purple.

I have the 6000K and I love them, they are just a slight hint of blue, I got em from Venomblue550 he also has 8000K that many people are also happy with so I would stay beteween those 2 6000K - 8000K, depends on how blue you want them 8000K would be a little more blue.

as far as color 6000K but remember the K is Kelvin (think I spelled that right) which is color not brightness.

all BMW uses the 8000K, but we do carry all Ks in stock ready for order....thanks

Not to change the subject (sort of), but are these HID kits available for other vehicles? An older friend of mine drive a 2004 Honda CRV, and has below-average night vision. I'm sure these would help...

Any info. is appreciated.
